O. Shepherd and Son manufactures products from carefully designed patterns, ensuring consistency of quality and fit. Modern, light-weight and durable textiles such as kevlar and chlorino are widely utilised by the company as well as more traditional materials. All component parts used in the manufacturing process are carefully sourced and selected to ensure that products evolve and develop in keeping with newly available technology.
The manufacturing processes used at O. Shepherd and Son are unique in that whilst all products can be produced in large numbers, they can also be made to specific requirements on smaller scale. This allows for individualisation, in style, colour and dimension.
